专利说明:

The invention relates to a device for realizing a translucent surface, and a flat lighting system with such a device.
From DE 20 2013 105 914 U1 an overall flat lamp is known, which has a frame-like housing to which a cover is attached. The cover has a circumferential frame that serves to hold two light-scattering coverings made of fabric material.
When covering the frame with the fabric occur - depending on the design of the fabric - comparatively large forces that act on the frame, so that it is basically depending on the stability of the frame to a more or less pronounced, inward "bulky" " can come. Therefore, the entire construction and in particular the frame must be made particularly stable. This leads to an overall very heavy and complex design, which also requires a particularly high assembly effort.
The invention has for its object to provide a corresponding improved device or a lighting system. In particular, the device should be able to be designed with a particularly low weight and enable simple assembly.
This object is achieved according to the invention with the objects mentioned in the independent claims. Particular embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
According to the invention a device for realizing a translucent surface is provided which has at least one frame which is covered with a translucent fabric-like flat element, and a support frame to which the frame covered with the flat element is releasably attachable. The support frame stabilizes the covered frame in the assembled state in a plane parallel to the fabric or textile-like flat element against deformation.
In this way, the frame can be designed so easily that it comes to the above-mentioned bulky when covering with the flat element, because by attaching the frame to the support frame, this bulky can be straightened again. Due to the low weight of the frame, mounting of the frame on the support frame is particularly easy to handle.
Preferably, the design is such that the covered frame in a direction substantially perpendicular to the planar element can be attached to the support frame or removed from it, the support frame having a stabilizing web on which the covered frame in the assembled state is present. This allows particularly simple assembly with suitable stabilization of the frame.
Preferably, the stabilizing web of the supporting frame and a contact web provided on the covered frame have mutually facing bevels. This makes it particularly easy to move the frame for connection to the support frame.
Effective closure means are preferably provided between the covered frame and the support frame, for their actuation provided on the frame or on the support frame actuating elements are provided. This further facilitates assembly. In particular, corresponding actuating elements do not have to be provided separately during assembly.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, a device for realizing a translucent surface is provided which has at least one frame which is covered with a fabric-like flat element, and a support frame to which the frame covered with the flat element is releasably attachable is. Effective locking means are provided between the covered frame and the supporting frame, and actuating elements fastened to the frame or to the supporting frame are provided for their actuation.
This makes assembly easier, since in particular corresponding actuating elements do not have to be provided separately. Disassembly of the frame from the support frame is thus facilitated. In addition, the risk of loss of the actuating elements is significantly reduced in this way.
Preferably, the closure means comprise at least one locking bracket pivotably arranged on the frame or on the support frame, which is provided for locking with a locking bar of the support frame or the frame. This enables a particularly reliable securing of the connection between the frame and the support frame.
Preferably, the design is further such that the at least one locking bracket extends over the substantially entire length of the corresponding side of the frame or support frame. In this way, a line-like point of attack for holding the frame can be achieved with only one holding element, namely the locking bracket. This enables a particularly uniform, linear alignment of the frame.
Preferably, the design is further such that the at least one locking bracket - in particular with the aid of a spring - is biased into a locking position. This enables a particularly reliable connection of the frame to the support frame.
Preferably, the actuating elements comprise at least one lever, by means of which the at least one locking bracket can be moved into a release position, preferably by a pulling movement. This enables particularly simple handling when disassembling the frame from the support frame.
[0017] The at least one lever is preferably fastened to the spring. This enables a particularly short power transmission path.
Preferably, the at least one lever is rotatably attached to the spring at one end, for example riveted to the spring, so that it can be moved into a rest position, in which it is located essentially in one of the frame and the support frame. In this way it can be avoided that the lever has an adverse effect on the external appearance of the device during operation of the device.
Preferably, the closure means are provided on two opposite sides of the frame or the support frame. This allows a particularly suitable, uniform tension of the fabric-like flat element or the frame to be effected.
The frame is preferably covered with two fabric or textile-like flat elements arranged at a distance from one another. This makes it possible to achieve particularly suitable optical and / or acoustic properties of the device.
Preferably, the support frame is part of a lattice-like ceiling structure to which a plurality of corresponding covered frames can be detachably attached.
According to a further aspect of the invention, a planar lighting system is provided with a device according to the invention for realizing a translucent surface, and with illuminants. The support frame is preferably used to hold the lamps. Several corresponding support frames can also be provided.

Fig. 1 shows a sketch of a plan view of an embodiment of an inventive device for realizing a translucent surface. The alignment of the device shown in this description is purely exemplary. In general, the device can be intended to be aligned as desired with respect to the vertical. Fig. 2 shows a corresponding vertical section, as indicated in Fig. 1 by the line II - II.
The device has a frame 1, which is covered with a translucent fabric-like flat element 2, hereinafter also referred to briefly as fabric 2. The translucent surface is formed by the fabric 2.
Furthermore, the device comprises a support frame 3 to which the frame 1 covered with the fabric 2 can be detachably attached.
The device is particularly suitable for being used as part of a planar lighting system, this planar lighting system having illuminants in addition to the device (not shown in the figures), and in particular the support frame 3 serving to hold the lamps.
As can be seen from Figures 1 and 2, the frame 1 and the support frame 3 can each be rectangular in shape. The dimensions are such that - viewed in the vertical projection - the outer boundaries of the frame 1 at least substantially match the outer boundaries of the support frame 3. Accordingly, two portions of the frame 1 and the supporting frame 3 can be seen in FIG. 2, that is, a left portion pointing to the left side 1 and a right portion pointing to the right side r. In the case of a two-dimensional lighting system, a light can in particular be provided through the fabric 2 into the downward-facing half-space.
The frame 1 can for example be composed of four profile parts, for example aluminum profile parts, each of the profile parts forming one of the four sides of the rectangular shape. The profile parts are preferably mitred and connected to one another by means of corner connectors. The same applies to the support frame 3.
The device can be provided, as indicated in FIG. 2, to be attached to a carrier element, for example a ceiling 10. In the case of a flat lighting system, a plurality of devices can be provided, so that in particular a plurality of corresponding support frames 3 are provided, in particular intended to be mounted next to one another on the ceiling 10. In this way it is particularly suitable to achieve an overall very large light-emitting surface.
The design of the device is such that the support frame 3 the frame 1 covered with the fabric 2 in the assembled state in a plane E parallel to the fabric 2, for example in the plane defined by the fabric 2, against deformation stabilized. Therefore, the frame 1 can be designed with a particularly low weight.
3 shows a vertical section through one side of the device, here the “left” side. The design is preferably such that the frame 1 covered with the fabric 2 can be attached to the supporting frame 3 or from the supporting frame 3 in a direction R substantially perpendicular to the fabric 2 or the plane E, in the example shown upward 3 can be removed or disassembled, the support frame 3 having a stabilizing web 4 against which the covered frame 1 rests in the assembled state. This allows a particularly suitable hold for the frame 1 to be achieved.
For example, the frame 1 can be formed at least largely from aluminum, for example, as already mentioned, comprise four aluminum profile parts, by which the four sides of the rectangular shape are formed. In contrast, the support frame 3 is preferably designed to be correspondingly more dimensionally stable, but can, for example, also consist at least largely of aluminum, that is to say, for example, be composed of four aluminum profile parts. In this way it can be achieved that the rectangular shape which the frame 1 has as such is changed by covering it with the fabric 2 in the sense of a bulky shape, but this bulky shape is at least substantially reversed by the attachment of the frame 1 to the supporting frame 3 is done, so it is almost straightened.
FIG. 4 shows an enlarged area from FIG. 2 around the frame 1; for the sake of clarity, substance 2 is not shown. The stabilizing web 4 of the support frame 3 and a contact web 5 provided on the frame 1 preferably have starting bevels 41, 51 facing one another. The contact web 5 is in particular designed for contact with the stabilizing web 4. The chamfers 41, 51 facilitate the connection of the frame 1 to the support frame 3 that is required in the course of the assembly.
Furthermore, effective closure means 6 are preferably provided between the frame 1 and the supporting frame 3, and actuating elements 7 fastened to the frame 1 are provided for their actuation. In general, however, the actuating elements 7 can also be attached to the support frame 3.
The closure means 6 preferably comprise at least one latching bracket 61 which is pivotally arranged on the frame 1 and is provided for latching with a latching strip 62 of the support frame 3. In the example shown, the latching bracket 61 is arranged on the frame 1 so as to be pivotable about a horizontal axis of rotation D.
In general, however, the locking bracket can also be pivotally arranged on the support frame 3 and the locking bar can be formed on the frame 1 accordingly.
In the example shown, the design of the closure means 6 is provided on two opposite sides of the device, that is to say on the left and the right side, in particular designed analogously, that is to say here on the corresponding two opposite profile parts of the frame 1 and the support frame 3 No corresponding design has to be provided on the two other sides of the rectangular shape in question. This makes it possible to generate a particularly suitable tension for fabric 2. Accordingly, an analog locking bracket and an analog locking bracket are provided on the right side. The design here is preferably mirror-symmetrical.
However, this is not mandatory, in general, the design can also be such that the described closure means 6 are only provided on one of the four sides and a different attachment of the frame 1 to the support frame 3 is formed on the corresponding opposite side. However, the analog design mentioned is preferred on two opposite sides.
The latching bracket 61 preferably extends essentially over the entire length L, shown in FIG. 1, of the corresponding side of the frame 1 or of the support frame 3. This enables a particularly uniform tension of the fabric 2 to be generated. The locking bar 62 preferably also extends in a corresponding length.
Preferably, the design is further such that the locking bracket 61 is biased into a locking position. The locking position is the position in which the locking bracket 61 interacts with the locking bar 62 for fastening the frame 1 to the support frame 3. A spring 8 is preferably used to generate the preload.
The actuating elements 7 preferably comprise a lever 71 through which the latching bracket 61 can be moved into a release position, in particular out of the latched position. In the release position, the interaction between the latching bracket 61 and the latching bar 62 is eliminated, so that the frame 1 can subsequently be easily detached from the supporting frame 1, in particular by a movement which is essentially guided downwards.
In Fig. 5 the locking means 6 are shown in a state in which the locking bracket 61 is in the locking position, Fig. 6 shows the locking means 6 in a further state in which the locking bracket 61 is in the release position. Preferably, the design is such that the latching bracket 61 - as indicated by an arrow Z in FIG. 5 - can be moved into the release position by a pulling movement of the lever 71, in particular against a spring force generated by the spring 8.
Preferably, the lever 71 is attached to the spring 8. This can reduce the risk that the lever 71 is lost when the frame 1 is removed from the support frame 3 or when the frame 1 is mounted on the support frame 3. In addition, this enables easy-to-use operation, since the lever 71 is always available in the right place.
The lever 71 is preferably rotatably fastened to the spring 8 with one of its two end regions, here its “upper” end region, so that it can be moved into a rest position, in which - as can be seen from FIG. 4 - it is essentially is located in a space enclosed by the frame 1 and the support frame 3. In particular, the design is such that the lever 71 can be moved back and forth between the rest position and an operating position using its rotatable attachment to the spring 8, wherein in the operating position it moves over the one enclosed by the frame 1 and the support frame 3 Space extends, especially down and u. In the operating position, the lever 71 can be gripped easily and safely by a user of the device in order to carry out the pulling movement mentioned above, by means of which the latching bracket 61 is moved from the latching position into the release position.
In the example shown, the lever 71 is arranged on the spring 8 such that it can be rotated about a further axis of rotation D ′ sketched in FIG. 4. The configuration is preferably such that the further axis of rotation D 'is oriented substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation D mentioned first, about which the latching bracket 61 can be pivoted relative to the frame 1.
Fig. 9 shows the lever 71 in the rest position; it is located within the space mentioned, in particular within a horizontal projection of the frame 1; Fig. 10 shows the lever 71 in the operating position, in which it extends u down over the horizontal projection of the frame 1.
When the lever 71 is in the rest position, it is, so to speak, "swung in", in the operating position "swung out". FIG. 7 shows a view of the lever 71 connected to the spring 8 in a separate form correspondingly “swung out”, in FIG. 8 “swung in”. A riveted connection is preferably used for the rotatable connection between the lever 71 and the spring 8.
The design of the device is preferably, but not necessarily, analogously designed with reference to the lever 71 described and its effect on the two opposite sides.
In particular, if the locking bracket 61 extends substantially over the entire length L, it is sufficient to achieve a suitable tension of the fabric 2, only provide the lever 71 for moving the locking bracket 61. This enables particularly simple operation when fastening the frame 1 to the support frame 3. In general, the design can be such that the actuating elements 7 are formed only by the at least one lever 71.
To mount the frame 1 on the support frame 3 can accordingly be provided that the frame 1 coming from below is attached to the support frame 3, so that the chamfers 41, 51 interact with each other to guide the movement; the lever 71 can be in the operating position. Furthermore, the lever 71 can be pulled until the locking bracket 61 is in the release position and the movement of the frame 1 is continued until it is in the intended relative position with respect to the support frame 3. The lever 71 can then be released so that the locking bracket 61 moves into its locking position due to the action of the spring 8.
Preferably, however - as referred to in Fig. 6 - on the latching bracket 61 and the latching edge 62 corresponding additional chamfers 611 and 622 are formed, by their interaction of the latching bracket 61 during the upward movement of the frame 1 required for assembly, initially automatically from the Detent position is moved or deflected into the release position and is moved back into the detent position in the further course of the upward movement by the spring 8. A particularly simple assembly is made possible in this way.
For disassembly, the lever 71 must first be pulled as described in order to move the locking bracket 61 into its release position. In addition, the frame 1 can be moved downwards and thus removed.
As can be seen, for example, from FIG. 1, the frame 1 is preferably covered with two fabrics 2, 2 'arranged at a distance - here a vertical distance d - from one another, that is to say with the fabric 2 and another fabric 2'. In this way, particularly suitable optical or acoustic properties of the device can be achieved. The distance d can be, for example, between 2 cm and 20 cm, preferably between 3 cm and 10 cm.
As indicated in Fig. 3, the fabric 2 for mounting on the frame 1 may have a welt 21 on the edge, which is inserted into a corresponding receptacle 11 which is formed on the frame 1. A further piping 21 'can be provided to hold the further material 2', which is inserted, for example, into a receiving groove 16 of the frame 1, which is designated in FIG. 4.
The fabric 2 is guided in the example shown over a lower edge 15 of the frame 1, which is located near another plane E ', which is oriented perpendicular to the first-mentioned plane E and which describes an outer boundary of the support profile 3. For example, the design can be such that the lower edge 15 is less than 20 mm, preferably less than 10 mm from the further plane E '. In this way it can be achieved that the substance 2 extends practically to the outer edge of the device when the device is viewed from below.
Between the lower edge 15 of the frame 1 and a lower outer boundary 31 of the support frame 3, a gap-like free space 9 is preferably formed, through which the lever 71 extends in the operating position, that is to say in the “pivoted out” state, so that it extends, as described above, in particular with its lower end region 711 downward beyond the lower edge 15. For this purpose, the design is preferably such that the lower outer boundary 31 of the support frame 3 - with respect to the plane defined by the fabric 2 - is at a higher level than the lower edge 15 of the frame 1.
To secure the lever 71 in the rest position, in the example shown, the frame 1 has a latching groove 17, into which the lever 71 can be locked in the rest position with its lower end region 711. In this case, to release the lever 71 from the rest position, a pressure on the lever 71 through the free space 9, a subsequent lateral movement and finally releasing the pressure is sufficient until the lower end region 711 is released due to the inherent elasticity of the lever 71 extends outwards through the free space 9. The lever 71 can then be pivoted about the further axis of rotation D 'until it is in the operating position.
In the course of the assembly, the lever 71 can be engaged as such by a corresponding counter-movement in the locking groove 17 after the attachment of the frame 1 to the support frame 3 described above. Thus, it is in an operating state of the device outside the space circumscribed by the frame 1 and the support frame 3; in this way, the risk of accidental detachment of the frame 1 from the support frame 3 is practically excluded.
Of course, with reference to the securing of the lever 71 in the locking groove 17 or the free space 9, the design of the device on the two opposite sides is analogous.
The device is suitable for realizing comparatively large translucent surfaces. For example, areas from about 3 m to 1.5 m can be realized.
A fall protection device can advantageously be provided to secure the frame 1 covered with the fabric 2. For example, as indicated in FIG. 11, this can comprise a holding element 10, for example in the form of a wire, which is fastened on the one hand to the support frame 3 and on the other hand to the frame 1. For example, as indicated in FIG. 4 (in which the holding element 11 as such is not shown for reasons of clarity), the holding element 11 may be on the one hand on a support element 33 formed on the support frame 3 and on the other hand on one formed on the frame 1 further support element 18 may be attached. (In FIG. 11, the holding element 11 or the wire is only shown attached to the support element 33 of the support frame 3.)
In the device according to the invention it is provided that the tensioning of the fabric 2 on the frame 1 leads to a bulging or bulging of the frame 1, since the frame 1 is particularly delicate and light. However, this is desirable because the frame 1 can be designed with a particularly low weight. When the frame 1 is fastened to the support frame 3, this bulge is straightened out again due to the dimensional stability of the support frame 3.
The locking system described allows the frame 1 to be mounted on the supporting frame 3 in a particularly simple manner and also to be dismantled again from the latter. In particular, no handling with loose holding or connecting elements such as screws is required for assembly or disassembly. In the case of a rectangular shape of the device, the locking arrangements only have to be provided on two opposite of the four frame sides and can be released with only one lever each. This is a clear advantage, especially in the case of comparatively large versions.
The planar lighting system is particularly suitable for realizing large light-emitting areas, for example for luminous ceilings, light walls or advertising areas.
